When ordering, you're the importer of record on your order and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If you are outside of the USA, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order.
