I CAN'T LOG INTO THE WEBSITE/APP, HELP!

Logging into the website:

  1. If your membership is connected to a Facebook account, be sure that you are logged in to the account without issues first. 
  2. Double check that your email is correct, with no misspellings/double letters/numbers and that it is the email associated with your account.
  3. Once you put in your email, type your password out. It is strongly recommended to save your log in credentials in a safe place. 
  4. If your password is not recognized, please use the reset password token. You should receive an email with an option to reset your password.
  5. If you are still having issues, please email us at support@ericchurch.com so we can help you troubleshoot.

  2. If your membership is connected to a Facebook account or an Apple account, be sure that you are logged in to the account without issues first. 
  3. If you are not logged in with Facebook or Apple, double check that your email is correct with no misspellings/double letters/numbers and that it is the email associated with your account.
