Logging into the website:
- If your membership is connected to a Facebook account, be sure that you are logged in to the account without issues first.
- Double check that your email is correct, with no misspellings/double letters/numbers and that it is the email associated with your account.
- Once you put in your email, type your password out. It is strongly recommended to save your log in credentials in a safe place.
- If your password is not recognized, please use the reset password token. You should receive an email with an option to reset your password.
- If you are still having issues, please email us at support@ericchurch.com so we can help you troubleshoot.
