Due to demand, the ability to purchase tickets is not guaranteed and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is to prevent bots and scalpers from accessing tickets. If we find that registrants have characteristics typical of bots or scalpers, they will not gain access to purchase tickets, participate in pre-sales, etc.
Membership refund requests will not be processed if the member
- does not get a presale code,
- is not able to purchase the tickets they desired, or
- tickets were sold out.
