Since These Boots by Lucchese are handmade made boots specifically made for each individual consumer, there can be no full refunds or exchanges once production starts. However, you can cancel your order up to (3) days from the date of purchase.
If after 3 days you decide you want to cancel your order, you must meet our cancellation criteria below and you will be charged a $50 restocking fee.
· The boots must still be in production and not shipped to the customer.
· The boots must be in a standard size. (Standard sizes are as follows: for Women: 7B-9.5B and for Men 9D-11.5D) Any size other than what is listed is considered too unique to restock.
These Boots by Lucchese reserves the right to refuse the cancellation of any order at any time for any reason.
Orders are carefully inspected before shipping, but in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if any item is missing or damaged. These Boots by Lucchese will not consider any claims for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the delivery date.
