HOW DO I ADJUST AUTO-RENEW?

The website will automatically renew your premium membership unless you disable the auto-renew option.

Visit Ericchurch.com/login and log into your membership.

Select the "Membership & Settings" tab, then select "Manage Membership". Click "Disable Auto-Renew" to prevent future charges. 

You will still have access to all the membership features until your renewal date.

You can reenable auto-renew at any time, which will result in your membership being auto-renewed at the time of renewal. 

From the mobile app:

Tap the three lines in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Select "My Membership".

Select "Disable Auto-Renew".

TURNING OFF AUTO-RENEW  WILL NOT RESULT IN A REFUND OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE.
